1. Information We Collect

Talk2Calc collects account information such as email address, optional profile details, usage data, calculations, invoices, estimates, business profile information you enter, and optional photos you choose to submit for AI analysis.

2. Voice, Microphone, Camera, and AI

Microphone access is used only when you actively use voice features. AI voice/text/photo requests may be sent securely to OpenAI for processing. Photos are sent only when you choose to use photo analysis. Talk2Calc does not sell your personal information.

3. How We Use Information

To provide and improve Talk2Calc
To sync data across devices when enabled
To manage accounts, subscriptions, and support
To send account-related emails

4. Third-Party Services

We use providers such as Supabase for authentication/data storage, OpenAI for AI features, and Apple/Stripe for payments. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

5. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@talk2calc.com.

6. Children's Privacy

Talk2Calc is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
