1. Agreement to These Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Talk2Calc, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. What Talk2Calc Provides

Talk2Calc is a voice and AI-powered calculator for measurements, construction math, invoices, estimates, conversions, and related productivity tools. Results are provided for convenience and should be reviewed before use in bidding, billing, engineering, tax, legal, or safety decisions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when needed.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Talk2Calc may offer free features, free trials, and paid subscription plans. Subscription pricing, features, trial length, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase. In-app purchases are billed through Apple or the applicable app-store provider. Web payments may be processed by Stripe. You can cancel a subscription through the platform where you purchased it; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the platform says otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Talk2Calc, including by attempting to reverse engineer the service, bypass payment or access controls, overload the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, violate another person's rights, or use the service for illegal activity.

6. AI and Calculation Accuracy

AI and voice-recognition results can be wrong. You are responsible for checking calculations, measurements, generated text, invoices, estimates, and any other output before relying on them. Talk2Calc is not a licensed contractor, accountant, engineer, lawyer, or financial advisor.

7. User Content and Data

You keep ownership of content you enter into Talk2Calc, including calculations, notes, business profile information, invoice data, and uploaded photos. You grant us permission to process that content only as needed to operate and improve Talk2Calc and provide support.

9. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion from inside the app when available or by contacting support@talk2calc.com. Some records may be retained if required for security, legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or payment-dispute purposes.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update Talk2Calc or these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Talk2Calc is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business losses arising from use of the service.
